• Solidarity Initiatives

Aware of the importance of social issues, we try to contribute with medium/long term projects as those carried out by Fondazione Francesca Rava - NPH Italy Onlus. For this reason, every Christmas, instead of the usual company gifts, we adopt a child and offer him the opportunity to study, grow in health and then keep on living. Our wish, our hope is that we will be able to help children more and more.

• Training

Our commitment, within the company, is realized to invest on the future of young talents by promoting various activities. We started an internal Training program to ensure the diffusion of skills and Know How in order to improve, thanks to the Open Source philosophy, both the quality in our daily work and the services provided to customers. To that end, we support AIPOS - Associazione Italia Per l'Open Source. You can buy AIPOS T-shirts and other gadgets, very soon at the AIPOS Store.

• Sustainable Mobility

In our dynamic company, where Consultants, Management and Professionals must very often transfer and travel, it is developed a plan of Sustainable Mobility.

We are talking about a "tool", recently implemented although designed since 1998 by the Ronchi Decree but we, “in our own small way", assigned to an internal figure, the Mobility Manager, the task of creating alternatives for urban transport to meet the needs of our staff, and at the same time to implement CSR policies (Corporate Social Responsibility) related to the environment safety. To that end we believe, invest and patronize Teleworking, that is the possibility to perform the work activities (full-time or part-time) in a place different than the traditional one, of course home working too.

• Computer Green

We also support the environmental policies. Therefore we sensitize employees and co-workers to ban any waste in the company in favour of a conscientious consumption of paper and other consumables. Our purpose is the adoption of energy saving solutions and other measures to minimize the energy consumption of electronic products we daily use.
