Community statute   ver. 2.2

Art. 1

We offer all types of employment contracts: open-ended, fixed-term, project, odd job, freelance consultancy, company service.

 

Art. 2

With the exception of delays due to acts of God, payments are settled by the 15th of every month.

 

Art. 3

Payments can be quantified with relation to the evaluation of the work performed by means of function point calculation or in effort-man-days or other appropriate methods.

 

Art. 4

It is forbidden to enter into our projects: any type of malicious code (i.e. viruses, Trojans, malwares, worms, etc), backdoors, pornography, obscenities, violence and the like, copyright protected material. It is anyway forbidden to perform any action susceptible to legally penalize the project or the community, or else a complaint will be reported to the competent authority and the offender will be expelled from the community itself.

 

Art. 5

The Project Manager (henceforth PM) unquestionably decides if a given collaborator may take part in a given project as well as the length of their stay in the project

 

Art. 6

The PM manages every user's task and schedules both times and procedures.

 

Art. 7

The PM represents the only interface with the Client.

 

Art. 8

The PM is unquestionably chosen by the technical director, who is in turn chosen by the Director of OpenPRJ.

 

Art. 9

Every product made is released in all parts under GPL licence or suchlike.

 

Art. 10

OpenPRJ is not to be held responsible for any civil or criminal liability due to any improper use of any product developed by the community.

 

Art. 11

Every project always contains the list of names, and corresponding reference, of the authors themselves.

 

Art. 12

All personal data belonging to the users of the community are processed in accordance with art. 7 D. LGS. 196/2003 .
